Congratulations to Yvonne Boran, Massford, Moneenroe, Castlecomer who got married to Sean Harnett, Rhode, Co. Offally in Church of the Sacred Heart, Moneenroe. No question about it , it was a plain wet afternoon but that did not spoil the joy that was so evident during this wedding added by the priest Fr. Martin Tobin. This was a happy crowd egged on by the joy in Yvonne's father as he escorted her up the aisle. Here was a lady and a daughter he was rightly proud of.

Paul kept the champagne flowing after the wedding. Met some very nice Canadians (relations of Yvonne's) pictured above. One gentleman in the back row with a red shirt and cream jacket years ago was keen at athletics and ran many a fine race in his day. We then headed off to the Dolmen Hotel in Carlow for the reception. Many thanks to the girls Cora and Nicola and the boys Dermot and Michael and not forgetting Megan and Adam who were a real treat to work with as page boy and flower girl. Yvonne had a dress that was a pleasure to photograph even if the weather was raining cats and dogs, we could shelter in the Dolmen Hotel, Carlow.
