This is the website of local photographer Michael O'Byrne, Thomastown. an intuitive website, it is easy to navigate, well written and tells the online visitor all they need to know. the biography page gives Michael's background and explains how he developed a passion for photography - during a period spent working with the United Nations in the Middle East with the Gardai. Michael became interested in photography and on retirement from the Gardai set up his own studio in Thomastown. He is a member of the Irish Professional Photographers Association (IPPA). One of the highlights of his career so far was being a finalist in the Kilkenny for Excellence Business Awards for three out of four years organised by Kilkenny Chamber of Commerce. The Website is divided into sections displaying spectacular photos of weddings as well as Irish and American images. An interesting section covers a new service to produce photographic and electronic records of valuable home contents and personal belongings. The testimonial page speaks for itself. This site is very professional. The graphics are quick to download and images are clear.
