Congratulations to Louise Walsh, Powerswood, Thomastown and John Meany, Higginstown, Kilkenny who got married in Chapel Hill Church, about five miles from Thomastown. As we arrived the fog started lifting and very few noticed but just as the wedding started out came the sun. Louise was led up the aisle by her Dad Donal and wedding was conducted by Mons. Jim Cassin who is also from the locality. Beautiful flowers and Christmas candles were evident in the Church but more stunning was the music from Margaret and Bridget Nolan who received a round of applause. Off to Ballykealey Manor Hotel near Ballon with a short stop at Gowran en route. Keep scrolling down.

Like to thank the Marie (she is looking forward to the All Ireland week-end next year for some obscure reason) and Edwin for their help during the afternoon. We wish Louise and John all the happiness in the world, as they set off on life's journey.
