Congratulations to Geraldine and Rosemary O'Keeffe who won retailer of the year. Overall winner was the VHI who moved to Kilkenny last year. This is a certificate I am very proud to own and display in my studio. Below on left is the photograph of presentation with Maria Dunphy President of Kilkenny Chamber of Commerce, standing L-R Mayor Paul Cuddihy, Sheila and Michael O'Byrne, Joe Hayes, Kilkenny People, Liam Whelan, One to One Cellular and Gerry Lannigan Esat Digifone. I purchased my first camera from Maria Dunphy's father Oliver in the High St. many years ago. Below right is presenation to Vivienne Good which was made to recognise the unique position of Goods in the High Street since 1927.

Below are two more photographs on the left are my wife Sheila and Christine O'Neill from Ballinkillen. On the right are Mary Norton from Ballingarry and Teresa Norton from Graine. We all had a wonderful and enjoyable night, many thanks to the Chamber of Commerce and Allison McGrath and Maria Dunphy who organised the event, it was a night that I for one will remember for many a day to come.
