Congratulations to Bridin O'Leary, Gowran, Co. Kilkenny and Gareth Gavagan, Mount Merrion, Dublin who got married in the Church of the Assumption, Gowran. . There was this fellow Hans at the wedding who assured me he would see that the showers kept away., well in fairness to him , he did keep his promise and everyone had a beautiful sunny afternoon. The wind blew Bridin's veil but it was a small price to pay for delightful day. Many thanks to Roseanne and Ursula and also the gent Donal, Bernard, Toma and Robert. Bridin lives in a wonderful village, a beautiful church with some stained glass windows to die for, and near her house is St. Mary's Church on the main street. We did take short detour to capture the scene over Goresbridge to Mount Leinster which had not a cloud to be seen. Many thanks to all the guests for their help in making this a memorable group shot. We all wish Gareth and Bridin every good wish as they set out on lives journey where there will be many laughs as was evident during the taking of some of these photographs. Keep scrolling down for more photographs.

Click here and do add a message or greeting on my guestbook, Bridin and Gareth would love to read your messages when they are far far away in lands which had there problems in the 60's and 70's with a mighty power but all is peaceful now, just like a certain part of this country.
